“Discover the Power of Choice”™
There are several face-to-face SMART Recovery meetings currently active in Connecticut, and we are growing all the time. For the most complete and up-to-date list of meetings in Connecticut and worldwide, use the local meetings search on the main SMART website. There you will find our standard recovery meetings, meetings tailored to teen and youth, and meetings for family and friends.
What you do outside of the meeting is MORE IMPORTANT than what you do at the meeting and face-to-face meetings are only a segment of SMART. Here are some other things you can do:
SMART Recovery Connecticut is a group of meeting facilitators and volunteers dedicated to providing choice in addiction recovery in Connecticut.
We are part of the New England Region of SMART Recovery.
